Delaware District Home Renovation

Buffalo, New York

The new owners of this 60+ yr. old home near Buffalo State and the Albright Knox Art Gallery retained Louis Design Solutions to assist them with a major interior and exterior renovation.

Interior renovations will include gutting and redesigning approximately 75% of the first floor, including: a new Kitchen/Dining Area; new Study; new Master Suite and new Garage Extension/Mud Room/Laundry Room addition.

Exterior renovations will include: replacing all of the existing windows; new roof and siding; and re-design of the front facade of the house including the addition of a new porch which extends across most of the face of the house. Improved “curb appeal” was a major goal of the exterior renovations.

Construction drawings for the renovations are being finalized and a Spring 2016 construction start is planned.
