Greek Revival Garage Addition

Orchard Park, NY

The owners of this 150 year old Greek Revival style Farm House wanted the convenience of an attached garage but did not want a structure that looked “added on”. Their instructions were simple: “Create a Garage that might have been built in the 1860’s, if cars had been invented back then”. Through the careful use of historical detailing and by maintaining the scale of the existing house we were able to create a Garage Addition that looks like it could have been part of the original structure.
